“The first time i joined Hannah in one of her classes i did not have a clear idea of what i was going to find.

I discovered a perfect experience, a mixture of Vinyasa flow yoga that would make my body work combined with Yin Yoga for that relaxing stretch. She Mixes the yoga with an incredibly well selected soundtrack that really helps your mind sync with your body.

After trying multiple yoga sessions with different teachers all around the world I was confident that yoga was simply not for me.

In 2018, I was suffering from issues with my mental health and hormonal imbalance. I have felt very unhappy in general. My first session with Hannah changed the entire perspective on how yoga should be. One thing I loved about my practice with Hannah is that Hannah always says “your body, your practice”. It spoke to me, as I was so used to being constantly corrected during my practices, which was frustrating.

After my very first session, I felt free, calm, very content with myself and my hormone imbalance started stabilising. I am so grateful for Hannah, her beautiful, nurturing energy and her magical classes. I highly recommend trying the Yinyasa yoga, as it is very unique. The feeling you get after a session is simply indescribable. For me it’s a combination of a work out and a session with a psychotherapist.
